RESTAURANTS

There are a large number of restaurants near the clinic location and some are even within walking distance. Head north on Pflumm and you'll find Goodcents, Dairy Queen, Tanners, Grinders and Pizza Man.

 

Head east on College Blvd and you will have options like Taco Bell, Gert's Grille, Hawaiian Bros, Tequila Harry's, Ricco's and Hen House Market. Travel south on Pflumm and then west on 119th street and you'll find tons of great options such as Firehouse Subs, Planet Sub, Chipotle, Panera, Doc Greens, Noodles Co., and many, many more options. East on 119th will take you towards Jimmy Johns, Barley's Brewhouse and Talk of the Town.   

SHOPPING

If you are coming in from out of town and want to do some shopping you can find plenty of options at the Town Center Plaza only 6 miles east on 119th street. There are many more options at the Legends outdoor shopping plaza, The Prairie Fire shopping area and the famous Country Club Plaza just 25 minutes away in Kansas City, MO. 

CULTURE

Out of town visitors may want to take in the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art which is adjacent to the Country Club Plaza. There is also the historic 18th and Vine Jazz district as well as the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Unfortunately the Kansas City Royals will be in Seattle this weekend. Kansas City has a very fun and vibrant city scene full of art, music and nightlife for anyone looking to get out of the suburbs while in town. Ride the free street car from the city market to the Crossroads art district and find any kind of shopping and dining that suits you.
